5. SUBMISSION RESTRICTIONS

Any Entries that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, violate the Submission Requirements and/or these Official Rules may be disqualified. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest. For the avoidance of doubt, each Entry’s cover will be considered part of that Entry. Once submitted as part of this Contest, the Entries will be subject to the Independent Creator Agreement that participants accept upon registering their creator accounts on Sponsor’s website (https://dorian.live).

In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing or transmission of Entries.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If Sponsor is duly notified that any element of an entrant’s Entry infringes upon the rights of another person and/or Sponsor receives a legally valid request to remove the affected Entry from the Website and/or App because of such infringement, such Entry may be removed from the Website and App, and/or disqualified from the Contest, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules or who tampers with the entry process. While an individual entrant or team may submit multiple qualified submissions, duplicate entries containing the same submission(s) are not allowed.

6. JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION

This is a skill‑based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.

Compliance Review. Sponsor or its designee will review submitted Entries from on or about November 1–3, 2025 for compliance with these Official Rules. Entries found compliant will be deemed “Compliant Entries.”

Winner Selection. Sponsor’s designated panel of judges (the “Judges”) will review the Compliant Entries from on or about November 3, 2025 to on or about November 12, 2025 to determine up to ten (10) winners based on the following criteria, ranked by total number of points:

  • Mobile Narrative Best Practices: 0-5 points

  • Art/Visuals Best Practices: 0-5 points

  • Portrait Mode: 0-3 points

Winners will be announced on November 12, 2025. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than ten winners (or none) if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, there are insufficient eligible and qualified submissions. LIMIT: one (1) winning entry per user or team of users.

Team Entries. If an entry is submitted by a team, the team will be treated as a single entrant for purposes of this Contest. One (1) prize will be awarded per winning team entry, paid as a single payout of $500 to a team‑designated representative. It is the team’s responsibility to allocate the prize among its members. All team members must meet eligibility requirements and may be required to sign the Prize Claim Documents.

Notification & Documentation. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided and must:

  1. Meet all eligibility requirements.

  2. Sign and return all necessary releases and documents (including but not limited to an affidavit of eligibility, a tax acknowledgement form, a liability release, and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release) within five (5) days after accepting the notification.

Disqualification & Alternate Selection. Non‑compliance with these requirements, failure to respond to two notification attempts, returning a prize as undeliverable, declining the prize, or otherwise failing to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected by the Judges from among the remaining qualifying entries.

7. CONTEST PRIZES (“THE PRIZE”)

Sponsor will render The Prize in one installment totaling $500 USD per winner via the payment system Tipalti, a trusted third‑party provider. When you qualify for payment, you will receive an invitation to join Tipalti and can set up your payment method and details. Available payment methods differ by country.

8. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

Except as set forth herein, no cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non‑assignable and non‑transferable. Any prizes pictured in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, provincial and/or other taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize. If required by law, Sponsor may withhold and remit applicable taxes. With respect to non‑cash prizes, it may be legally necessary for the winner to pay taxes before receiving the prize.

Each potential winner may be required to execute the Prize Claim Documents. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background checks on potential winners and to disqualify any individual who fails to comply with these Official Rules or who has been charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, or is delinquent on government‑ordered payments.

9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES/INDEMNIFICATION

Each person who enters this Contest represents and warrants that:

  1. Except as set forth herein, the Entry is the entrant’s own, previously unpublished work.

  2. The Entry does not contain any computer virus and is not otherwise corrupted; is wholly original with entrant (except to the extent it is based on or otherwise derivative of the Properties, if applicable); and, as of the date of submission, is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim.

  3. The Entry does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

  4. The Entry does not and will not violate any applicable laws and is not and will not be defamatory or libelous.

  5. Use of the Entry as set forth herein will not give rise to any claims for payment (including royalties, re‑use fees, or residuals).

Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third‑party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of (x) any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations, covenants, obligations or agreements of entrant hereunder, and (y) any third‑party claims made in connection with the entrant’s Entry.

Intellectual Property Rights and License.

Each entrant retains ownership of their game and all associated intellectual property. By submitting an entry, however, the entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to host, modify (for technical optimization), reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use the entry for the purposes of administering this Contest and promoting the Contest or Sponsor’s platform, including, without limitation, displaying the entry on the Website and App and in promotional materials. This license is subject to the Independent Creator Agreement accepted when registering a Dorian account. Except for this limited license, all rights in the entry remain with the entrant.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Contest, and except where prohibited by law, each entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and its successors, assigns and licensees the right to use the entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media in connection with the Contest, the Entry, and the advertising and promotion thereof, and releases Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto.

11. GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE / FORCE MAJEURE

Plain‑English summary: Sponsor provides the prize “as is” without guarantees to the extent allowed by law.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SPONSOR’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED $5.00.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for technical malfunctions or other errors of any kind or nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Contest due to fraud, technical problems, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event).

12. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP / WAIVER OF EQUITABLE RELIEF

Entrants acknowledge that their relationship with Sponsor is not confidential, fiduciary, or otherwise special and that Sponsor has wide access to ideas and materials. Entrants agree they are not entitled to any compensation as a result of Sponsor’s use of similar or identical material and waive any right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with the Contest.

13. NO OBLIGATION TO USE

Sponsor has no obligation to use any Entry or to continue any distribution or exploitation thereof and may abandon use at any time for any reason without liability.

14. DATES & DEADLINES / ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF CONTESTANTS

Because of the unique nature and scope of the Contest, Sponsor may extend any date(s) or deadline(s) set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor cannot accurately predict the number of entrants who will participate.

15. FURTHER DOCUMENTATION

If Sponsor desires additional certificates of engagement or other documents to evidence or effectuate the rights granted in these Official Rules, each entrant agrees to sign, authenticate and deliver the same upon Sponsor’s request.

16. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION

ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES.

Nothing in these Official Rules will limit any statutory rights or remedies available to entrants under the laws of their country of residence. If any provision of these Official Rules is unenforceable under local law, it shall be deemed modified or inapplicable to the minimum extent necessary to comply with such law.

17. ARBITRATION PROVISION (U.S. ENTRANTS ONLY)

Sponsor and each U.S. entrant agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Official Rules will be resolved solely by confidential, binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative or consolidated action or proceeding. The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision, and the parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Exceptions. As limited exceptions to Section 17(A): (i) either party may seek to resolve a Dispute in small claims court if it qualifies; and (ii) either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent the infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

Conducting Arbitration and Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified herein. Any arbitration hearings will take place in Los Angeles County, unless both parties agree to a different location. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to decide all issues relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability and scope of these Official Rules.

Arbitration Costs. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules. Sponsor will not seek to recover its administration and arbitrator fees unless the arbitrator finds the Dispute frivolous. If Sponsor prevails, it will pay its own attorneys’ fees and costs and will not seek to recover them. If you prevail, you will be entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses to the extent provided under applicable law.

Injunctive and Declaratory Relief. Except as provided in Section 17(B) above, the arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim. Any request for public injunctive relief must be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction, and any such litigation shall be stayed pending the outcome of arbitration.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Section 17 shall be null and void.

Severability. Except as set forth in Section 17(F) (Class Action Waiver), if any part of this Section 17 is found invalid or unenforceable, the other parts will still apply.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR NON‑U.S. ENTRANTS

For entrants outside the U.S., any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Contest shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any statutory rights or remedies available to entrants under the laws of their country of residence.
